At One Nine, we believe in transparency when it comes to compensation. As an independent insurance brokerage, we work with multiple insurance carriers to offer our clients a range of options for their insurance needs. 

We are compensated through a commission-based system, which means we receive a percentage of the premium our clients pay for their policy. This commission is paid to us by the insurance carrier our clients choose to work with. In some cases, One Nine may receive fees from clients in lieu of or as permitted, in addition to, commissions, for the placement of coverage and/or for other services or projects. We may also receive other forms of compensation from insurance carriers. This may include bonuses or other incentives for meeting certain sales goals, overall volume of premiums with such party for a certain period. 

It's important to note that our commission does not impact the cost of our clients' insurance policy. The premium they pay for their policy is set by the insurance carrier and is the same whether they work with us or another agency.

We understand the importance of full disclosure, so we will always disclose any potential conflicts of interest to our clients. We are committed to putting the needs of our clients first and will always recommend products or services based on their needs and goals.
